$1,450 – 100% credited to your build
If you build with us, the Roadmap fee comes straight off your build cost – net cost to you is zero.
  • $1,450 including GST, paid when Joseph confirms your Roadmap.
  • Delivered within 15 business days of payment and your complete plans.
  • 100% credited to a Euroheat build contract signed within 12 months of delivery.
  • Your build slot is held for 60 days after delivery – confirm the build in that time to keep it.
  • If you don't build with us, the Roadmap is yours to keep: the heat load, the running-cost model and the investment range. Construction drawings and pipe layouts are released only under a build contract.
  • One round of changes is included if your plans change before the pour. A full redesign is quoted first.
  • Refunded in full if we decide your project isn't one we should build, before the work starts.

What happens after you send your briefing

  1. Joseph Gower reads it. Joseph, our System Design Consultant, reviews your details and contacts you within two business days to confirm and arrange payment. No hard-sell call. No chasing.
  2. Your Roadmap is produced. Joseph works with Euroheat's engineering team on your home's requirements, modelled running cost and investment range.
  3. You decide. When you go ahead, the $1,450 comes off your build, the same team designs the system and our own crews build it.
