Heating, cooling, hot water and pool. One engineered system, not four separate trades.

Most homes end up with a pile of machines that were never designed to work together: an aircon, a floor heating system, a hot water unit, maybe a pool heater – each quoted separately, each installed by a different trade, each one ignoring what the others are doing. We design it as one system from the start, sized to your actual building, then our own team builds and commissions it – one team that owns the whole result.

Working with an architect or builder? That is how these projects run best – here's why.

Why "bolted together" goes wrong

Separate trades, separate quotes, no one accountable for how the whole house performs.

Get a separate quote for each system and you get separate cooks in the kitchen: each one builds a perfectly good dish on its own, but nobody is responsible for the whole meal.

What that looks like:

  • Your aircon throws away heat outside while your hot water unit burns power to make the same heat again indoors.
  • Your pool heater runs flat out in spring while the heating system next to it idles.

Each box does its own job. None of them were ever told about each other.

That's not a hypothetical – it's the standard outcome when heating, cooling, hot water and pool get specified as four separate line items instead of one engineered system.

The fix isn't a smarter app to control four disconnected machines. It's designing the load – all of it – as one calculation, before anything goes in the ground or the wall.

If each trade only looks after its own box, the heat your aircon throws away outside is the same heat you're paying again to heat your shower water inside.
What changes when it's designed as one system

Bolted together vs. designed as one system

How it's designed

Every system sized once, together – before anything goes in.

The 37-Point Design – the same discipline we use on a single floor heating system – run across everything your home needs to heat, cool and keep hot. One engineering team models the full load up front – room by room, system by system – so heating, cooling, hot water and pool are sized once, sited once, and controlled as one job. Nothing gets bolted on later.

One calculation, not four

Heat load, cooling load, hot water demand and pool load modelled together – so nothing is over-sized, under-sized, or fighting another system for the same energy.

Shared where the physics allows it

Where it genuinely makes sense, heat one system would otherwise throw away gets put to work somewhere else in the house, instead of being paid for twice.

Built and commissioned by one team

We design it, our own crews install it, we tune it. No coordination gap between trades for problems to fall into.

Engineered right the first time

Because there is no second time – not when it's poured into a slab, run through a wall, or sealed behind tiles around a pool.

The Comfort Guarantee

Warm every winter, for as long as you own the home – guaranteed on every part we control.

  • A
Warm, and it stays warm.Every room reaches and holds the temperature we designed it for, through Perth's coldest mornings. If it doesn't, we fix it at our cost.
  • B
Warm without a wrecked floor later. The system can be serviced and rebalanced for decades without a jackhammer touching your slab.
  • C
Warm because the design was right – and if it wasn't, that's on us.If the system underperforms because of our engineering, we correct it at our cost, build consequences included.
  • D
You'll know the running cost before you decide. We model it and show you the number up front, and hold to that model under the conditions we state. We never promise a dollar figure – but we do guarantee the design that keeps it low.

This is a guarantee only the engineer who designed the system can make. No design, no guarantee.

One family's system, in their words

Heating, cooling, hot water, towel rails and pool – one system.

"Phil from Euroheat offers a seamless design and installation service. He is an engineer, not a salesman... Euroheat is focused on providing long term solutions, not selling mass produced heating or cooling units... it was more cost effective than using other companies selling standardized heat pumps, floor heating and air conditioning units. We could not be happier with the design, installation and performance of our heating and cooling system."

The questions that come up at this scale

Geothermal, and the air in a well-sealed house.

Thinking geothermal for the whole house?

At whole-home scale, geothermal is where the question gets serious – and where the honest answer matters most. When it genuinely wins, when it never pays back, and the weakest-link rule that decides the bill either way, on one page: Geothermal, Straight →

And the fresh air?

A well-sealed house needs its fresh air brought in deliberately rather than through gaps. Heat recovery ventilation does that without giving away most of the warmth you paid for – when the ducting is detailed properly, and a bare duct across a Perth roof space is where it usually goes wrong: Heat Recovery Ventilation, Straight →

Working with an architect or builder? That's how these projects run best.

Whole-home systems get designed long before they get built – early plans, mid-design or ready to go. We engineer the system alongside your design team and our crews build it. Your architect can start with the free Spec & Risk Pack, your builder with Before the Pour.

We can't lock a build price this early – input costs move too much for that. What we can do is start the design once scope is set, and hold your place in the queue.
