The Comfort Guarantee Roadmap: how serious buyers start.
This is not labelled a "consultation" because it is more than that. The Comfort Guarantee Roadmap is a proper engineering assessment of your project – the kind that produces a real number, a real investment range, and a real build-queue position.
Joseph, our System Design Consultant, works through your plans, models your running costs, gives you the investment range, and locks your build-queue position. When you proceed to the build, the $1,450 is fully credited – so the Roadmap costs you nothing if you build with us.
Your home's engineering assessment, before the slab is poured.
What you get: a room-by-room heat-load calculation based on your actual plans, a full system design to The 37-Point Design standard, your running-cost number modelled and shown (not promised), your investment range, and your build-queue position held.
What you do not get: buildable engineering documentation. That stays with Euroheat and is released only under the build contract – which is also what protects you, because it means the guarantee travels with the build and nobody else can attempt it.

Almost nobody should buy from this part of the page. If you are going to build, The Comfort Guarantee Roadmap costs less, gives you more, and comes off your build cost in full. These are here for the rare case where someone wants the engineering judgement and nothing else – a second opinion on a design that is already drawn, or a project we are not going to build.
